Calm and Wise: Finding Your Center Through Your Own Lens®

Beyond the onslaught of unsettling news we’re exposed to each day, there’s an interior place that is calm, wise, courageous, creative, playful, and present. Whether the unrelenting chaos impacts you directly or simply conflicts with your deeply held values and beliefs about social justice, it can be somewhere between difficult and impossible to stay connected to that inner dwelling, the center of our being.
From our center, we feel our strength and witness our compassion. It’s where we go to gather our wits, so we can go out into the world to do the work we’re meant to do.
From our center, we connect with others whose values align with our own. They are who we turn to for support and inexplicable fits of laughter. They help us focus on maintaining the quality of our one wild and precious life, even when our attention is fragmented and our sleep is interrupted.
From our center, we participate in our lives fully, process our emotions in real time, and remain in alignment with the values and behavior of our true selves.
Where do we look for our center when our minds spiral into negative territory? How do we regain our equanimity and wring some wisdom out of these trying times?
With a foundation in neuroscience and a process that uses your own intuition (and the camera on your phone), Through Your Own Lens® makes it easy to explore those questions and more. You’ll see your way clear to the center of strength and compassion that will guide you through times of upheaval.
Like the one we’re in now.
