The Riff Space™: An Irreverent and Sacred Community of Practice
January 25 @ 6:00 pm - May 3 @ 7:30 pm
Whenever I discover a tool or process that transforms me, I become obsessed with making it available to my clients–especially when that tool or process gets results in the most weightless, creative and 100% money-back-guaranteed fun ways.
And that’s exactly what The Riff Space™ is designed to do.
The Riff Space™ is a mash-up of everything that works for me when I’m stuck, feeling alone, craving community, or needing the lightness and release of laughter. It’s a no-holds barred conversation in collaboration with two of the coaches I’m closest to, the ones I trust with my grief, my shame, my spirit, and my most creative and vulnerable impulses. It’s where I celebrate my wins with people who insist that I shine (and shining doesn’t come easy for me). It’s where I work out my program ideas (like The Riff Space!). It’s where I take my feelings of failure to have them transformed into growth.
The Riff Space grew out of a yearlong series of virtual meetings with Rena Rachar and Leah Pellegrini, in which we provided perspective for one another, articulated what seemed impossible to pin down, and witnessed each other’s struggles and growth—while laughing, and crying, and leaving each meeting feeling uplifted, stronger, and fully seen.
We recognized the alchemical magic we were creating for each other, and thought, “Hmmm. Maybe what we have here is worth sharing.”
So. The Riff Space™ (aka “The Riff-o-rama”) was born.
And I’m inviting you to join our irreverent and sacred trio of practitioners to form an intimate community that has only one requirement: come as you are.
Leah, Rena and I are equally gifted in holding and facilitating a safe space to be creative, vulnerable, and emotionally honest, where you’ll find the deep conversations and deeply satisfying connections we’ve all been craving. You’ll get access to our best tools, and get coached by irreverent coaches with deeply sacred spiritual connections, who will help you revel in your own sacred and irreverent selves.
So. If you’re a fellow coach or wellness practitioner, heart-centered leader, or service-oriented human who is ready to shine their light a bit brighter, join us as we open the The Riff Space™ for one free preview call (during which we will do an actual Riff Space session, and invite you to fill the remaining spots for the four-month pilot that begins in late January).
Wanna know more? Details are below.
The Riff Space…
…meets twice a month via Zoom. (Yeah, I know. But we’re all getting better at it, and it allows coaches from three time zones in two countries to work together seamlessly.)
…will have one meeting each month centered around a specific learning theme, where Rena, Leah, and I start the riff with our perspectives on the topic, and
…will have another meeting each month that’s an Open Riff for you to bring your challenges, projects, ideas, questions, and requests to the group. Leah, Rena, and I will facilitate and/or coach, based on what you want from The Riff Space that day.
…will give you plenty of personalized attention. We’ve limited The Riff Space™ to nine participants, so you won’t be squinting at dozens of tiny faces on your screen or wishing you had more time to riff on your specific issues.
…will allow you to experience all three Riff Space coaches, so you get a variety of wise perspectives. When we move into breakouts, you’ll be facilitated and coached by a different one of us each time, with just two other participants.
…includes one free one-on-one session with the coach of your choice so you can go deeper. Or, you can use the session to get caught up on a topic you miss if you’re absent from a scheduled Riff Space session.
…is committed to bringing the broadest range of perspectives to the The Riff Space, with the intentional inclusion of BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and economically disadvantaged participants.
The four-month pilot program will launch for $175 a month (a $700 investment). We’ll be asking pilot participants for detailed feedback and publishable reviews.
All fees come with a satisfaction guarantee—if your expectations aren’t met or exceeded by the halfway point, your investment will be refunded in full.
We believe in paying it forward. $25 of your monthly fee goes toward sponsoring a scholarship for someone whose economic situation shouldn’t stand in the way of their learning, growth, and income potential. If you’d like to have a bigger impact, you can add to your monthly payment and 100% of that additional amount will go toward funding scholarships.
The Riff Space™ will meet every other Tuesday evening at 6 p.m. Eastern time, beginning January 25.
